Salad dressing is typically a mixture of oil and vinegar with spices and other flavorings.
Instead of vinegar I use kombucha for a dose of probiotics & extra flavoring.
💥 Pro tip: kombucha can replace vinegar in many of your favorite home cooked recipes.
I used 3rd Bird’s Strawberry Basil Kombucha but any flavor of kombucha works (especially if it’s 3rd Bird 😎)
The best part of this recipe?
It’s super flexible. You can swap ingredients based on your cooking, what’s in season (or what’s in your house 🙃) or whatever fits your mood.
This is the recipe I fly back to again & again, friend.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 cup olive oil
* 1/2 cup kombucha
* 1 tsp of salt
* 1/4 tsp of pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon of each of the following dried herbs: basil, oregano, thyme & rosemary
* 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
In all honesty- I don’t measure anything out. 🤷🏼♀️
If it needs more of this- then add it.
