Sara held a fabulous kombucha making class. Not only did I learn new techniques for home brewing but it was fabulous to see the 3rdBird operations. The class was informative and fun and sampling the current 3rdBird flavors was a treat!
Looking for something fun to do and learn? Look no further than this kombucha brewing class! You get everything you need to get started on this hobby that you not only can create but you can enjoy. We had yummy snacks and learned about the science behind kombucha brewing all while sampling 3rd Bird finished product. I just started my second fermentation and it was so cool to try a delicious concoction that a few days ago was a a strange sweet tea blend. Be prepared to build a lifelong skill (bordering into obsession perhaps?) and walk away with knowledge, a gallon of soon to be kombucha gold and a full heart.
